After placing an order, you will be sent a confirmation email/receipt, which includes an order number. Please provide this number when inquiring about your order.
Once you place an order you will receive an email from Authorize.net showing your credit card was charged by Natural Beauty Group. Your bank statements will show the charge as being from Natural Beauty Group. Orders are transmitted on a daily basis. The usual process time for orders, once received, until shipment is 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekend days). Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday.
All orders are shipped by USPS Priority unless otherwise arranged. Shipping times for orders can take anywhere from 1 to 7 days form the day of shipment. All shipments are sent out on business days. We are not responsible for third party delivery systems.
For international orders, we only invoice for the cost of shipping and will include additional samples or free products to help offset the charges. We offer FedEx and USPS Global Priority Mail. Both companies are very fast, reliable and economical. Once you determine the shipping method, we will add this amount to your invoice.
